About Me

My name is Joel Fajardo and I am an undergraduate student at Columbia College Chicago. I am majoring in Music Business and Minoring in Entrepreneurship. I am currently interning at After School Matters where I have been able to apply my knowledge as well as develop my professional career in the Music, Non-profit, & Entrepreneurship industries. My time at After School Matters has inspired me to get involved in non-profit work and apply my degree to the work.

I hope to one-day help advocate for aspiring artists and allocate free resources to develop and excel them in their music careers. With Utopia Connect Foundation, I hope to bring my expertise in entrepreneurship and my foundations in business to help aid in gathering resources to POC communities especially women and girls wanting to become entrepreneurs.
